事務職は 1 日に 30 回ほど通知で作業を中断し、戻るたびに数分を失う。通知をまとめて届けると中断は減るか。減るなら、急ぎの連絡はどれだけ遅れるか。

5結論と今後

束ね配信は中断を減らすが、急ぎの連絡だけは即時に通す例外の通り道と組みにする必要がある。今後は 3 か月の追跡で効果が続くかを確かめ、束ねる間隔（30 分・1 時間・2 時間）を比べる。
